Hey parents, at HCCYM, we understand that sometimes finances are tight. And we also recognize that the brunt of our most expensive programs happen during the summer months. Though we do everything we can to keep the costs low and also spread out the payments, it can still be a financial struggle. So, we've created a resource to help you out. Parent Payment Plans are designed to help you save money for the summer activities. Below is a brief description.
How do I make deposits?
You can drop a few dollars into the Youth Booth in an envelope marked with your student's name. Each week, I unlock the booth and check it for deposits and registrations.
How will I keep track of my account?
After each deposit, Keith will email you with a spreadsheet of your account's deposits.
How do I use the money I've deposited?
When a trip is coming up, you can contact Keith at the office (317-539-6157) or via email at kparker@hazelwoodchristian.org. Simply tell Keith how much from your account you would like to use, and it will be applied to your student's remaining balance.
